2. Hosting

This website is hosted via Vercel. When you access the website, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, access time, requested URL, browser and device information may be processed in server logs. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the secure and reliable provision of the website.

3. Waitlist and double opt-in

If you join the BeyitAI waitlist, we process your email address to send you a confirmation email and, after successful confirmation, information about the launch or early access. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Registration uses a double opt-in process. Your registration is confirmed only after you click the confirmation link. Unconfirmed entries are automatically removed after no more than 14 days. Confirmed data is stored only for as long as necessary for the waitlist purpose or until you withdraw your consent.

4. Supabase

We use Supabase to store and technically process waitlist data. This includes the data required for registration, in particular your email address and confirmation/time stamps. Processing is carried out solely to provide the waitlist registration you requested.

5. Email delivery via IONOS

The double opt-in confirmation and later waitlist messages are sent through an email account hosted by IONOS. Your email address is transmitted to IONOS to the extent technically necessary for delivery.

6. Cookies and tracking

The current landing page does not use analytics or marketing cookies or tracking pixels. Technically necessary local storage or cookies may be used to remember your waitlist status or language preference in the browser.

7. Withdrawal of consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. An informal message to info@beyitai.com is sufficient. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

8. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
